If an accident occurs or the vehicle breaks down due to negligence, TopGear Car Rental will not replace the vehicle for
tenant.

Special cleaning of the vehicle is always at the lessee s expense. If the renter returns the vehicle in a dirty state (vomit, garbage, sand, dog hair, fur or feathers of other pets) or if it smells (smoking is prohibited in the cars), TopGear Car Rental
charges a fee from 30 to 150 EUR.
