What to do in the event of a traffic accident?

1. The license plate number, the name and address of the other party, the circumstances of the collision, an outline of the accident, the name of the insurance company and ideally also the policy number are usually given. This is then signed by both drivers involved in the traffic accident. The above must be sent to TopGear Car Rentals immediately, but no later than 48 hours after the accident.

2. Notify the authorities immediately if the other party is guilty and must be investigated or if someone was
injured.

3. Never leave the rental vehicle without taking appropriate precautions to protect it. When
vandalism, fire, theft or disappearance of the vehicle, the lessee undertakes to inform about it immediately
TopGear Car Rentals and report the incident to the appropriate authorities. A copy of the declaration must be given to the lessee
TopGear car rental as soon as possible.
